Our client seeks a dedicated detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage the entire order cycle, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment. Order Management Specialist responsibilities include reviewing and inputting orders into the system, verifying product availability, coordinating the shipping, and addressing any customer inquiries related to their orders. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with the end-to-end order management process and have an excellent understanding of inventory management. Ultimately, the role of the Order Management Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing orders and resolving any issues that may arise. \n\nDuties and Responsibilities: \n\n1. Manage the entire order cycle, including order entry, administration, and shipping. \n2. Processing sales orders and ensuring their accuracy. \n3. Monitoring the status of orders and ensuring timely delivery and communicating any delays. \n4. Ensure product availability by coordinating with the inventory team. \n5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to their orders and resolving order and inventory issues. \n6. Processing returns, exchanges, and handling related customer service issues. \n7. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and their availability. \n8. Maintaining records of orders, suppliers, and customers. \n9. Using order management systems or software for tracking and management of orders. \n10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. \n11.Prepare regular reports on order status and inventory levels. \n12. Coordinating with other team members to streamline operations. \n13. Identifying and suggesting improvements to the order management process. \n14. Coordinating with shipping carriers and overseeing the shipping process.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n1. Proven work experience as an Order Management Specialist or similar role in Supply Chain. Experience with order management software. \n2. Experience with manufacturing and inventory management or similar \n3. Proficiency with financial database management systems, reporting tools, ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Office suite. \n4. Excellent knowledge of inventory management. \n5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \n6. Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. \n8. Record of teamwork, passion, integrity, and trustworthiness; demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with superb attention to detail. \n9. Technologically advanced and oriented. Our company relies heavily on technology \n(particularly NetSuite, Office 365-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint-and Teams, Adobe \nAcrobat, and Smartsheet). Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the various software applications used in the office. \n10. Always courteous and gracious while demonstrating high regard toward others. \n11. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, other relevant field is preferred.
