Hours: 9am - 3pm \n\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems. If youâre looking to take on an important account management role during this period of high-growth as we attain new business, weâll provide the training you need to succeed in this position.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.\n* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.\n* Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in account management.\n* Give clear answers to clients on any coverage\n Update policy changes on customer accounts\n* Gather all documentation needed for reporting a claim Insurance Account Manager qualifications\n* Associates or Bachelorâs degree required\n* Active insurance license in your state or willing to get licensed in 30 days of hire.\n* Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset\n* Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills\n* Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)\n\nRequirements\n\n* Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.\n* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.\n* Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.\n* Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration within the organization.\n* Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.\n* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
