Hours: 8-5\nExpected hours: 40 per week plus OT during tax season\n\nJob Description: \n\nJob Duties:\n- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and via phone, email, and client portal\n- Maintain customer records by updating information in our practice management system\n- Utilize effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction\n- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience\n\nRequirements:\n- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)\n- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail\n- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred\n- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills\n- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n- Proficient in using CRM software or similar systems\n- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
