Looking for a candidate for an initial 6 month term, with the possibility of extending to a longer-term role if it is a good fit. The main responsibilities will involve working with craft contractors to determine appropriate staffing levels for construction and maintenance projects and subsequently reporting on actual versus planned staffing. Background in HR generalist is helpful but not required. Strong organizational/Project Coordinator experience is ideal background for this position.
