The position involves Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in addition to various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess basic computer skills and be highly organized and detailed with the ability to problem solve. An associate degree in accounting or 1-3 years of administrative office experience is preferred.\n\nResponsibilities Include:\nAnswering the phone\nAssisting walk-in customers/deliveries\nEntering service work orders\nEntering accounts payable invoices and matching packing slips\nInvoicing/statements/some collection activities (mainly making sure invoices were received)\nShipping and receiving\nFiling and scanning electronically\nCreating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets\nCreating and maintaining job folders\nOrdering office supplies/uniforms \nPerforming other duties as assigned by management
