Mid January - Mid April \n\nHours: 8am - 5pm - M-F\n Every other Saturday 4-6 hrs\n\n* This position will assist greatly with our tax accountants during the busiest time of the year!\n* Answering the phone in a professional manner and direct callers to appropriate personnel or department\n* Greet and assist walk-in clients\n* Schedule client appointments\n* Sort mail and work on data entry projects\n* Assemble and distribute tax returns to clients\n* Processing electronic returns as necessary\n\nWe are looking for:\n\n* An individual that works well in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment\n* Someone that enjoys client interaction\n* A candidate that is proficient with basic computer skills\n* An individual that is friendly, optimistic, and outgoing
