Hours: M - F 8-5\n\nJob Description: \n\nDevelop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to provide year-round volunteer, fundraising and recognition events in an effort to create broad support for and awareness of the organization.\n\nLead the recruitment, training, supervision and retention of volunteers to ensure quality experiences.\n\nManage, promote and enhance www.VolunteerBisMan.org.\n\nCoordinate Program, with local school districts, volunteers, and business sponsors.\n\nWork with leadership to develop a calendar detailing activities and events for the campaign, to include the planning and implementation of Day of Caring, Crosstown Brewdown, Annual Meeting, Online Auction, NALC Food Drive, Day of Action, events for Affinity Groups, booths, and other special events and activities.\n\nOther office duties as assigned such as helping with phones, walk-in customers/donors, etc.\n\nJob Requirements: \n\nAssociates degree and 2 years of experience in fundraising, volunteer management, event planning, and/or marketing preferred.\nExcellent attention to detail and organization skills, communication skills, both verbal and written. Marketing and public relations skills a plus.\nPositive attitude.\nSound judgment, discretion and commitment to maintaining donor confidentiality.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license.
