Job Description:\n\n* Managing the recruitment process\n* Processing bi-weekly payroll through ADP Total Source\n* Managing Benefits (insurance and 401k)\n* Managing Employee schedules and PTO\n* Updating procedures when necessary\n* Maintaining records\n* Creating new recruitment processes\n* Provide world-class service to all Bell employees in the execution of all responsibilities.\n* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in the execution of all duties.\n* Assist with payroll\n\nJob Skills Required:\n\n* PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.\n* Minimum of five years of Human Resource experience preferred.\n* Experience in providing employee benefits education and enrollment best practices preferred.\n* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.\n* Excellent organizational and time management skills.\n* Ability to present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to managers and employees.\n* Strong attention to detail.\n* Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
