As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with booking flights, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\n* Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries\n* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction\n* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication\n* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution\n* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents\n* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies\n* Go the extra mile to engage customers\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative\n* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening\n* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills\n* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus
