Hours: 8am - 5pm - M-F\n\nJob Description: \n\n* Promptly meet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. \n* Obtain the correct products and accessories for the customer in a timely manner \n* Accurately price products and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system. \n* Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry. \n* Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary. \n* Receive and respond to customer complaints. \n* Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing. \n* Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. \n* Obtain customers' names, addresses, billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms. \n* Recommend merchandise or services that will meet customers' needs. \n* Collect payment for merchandise, record transactions, and send items, such as checks or money orders for further processing. \n* Maintain the counter department in a clean and orderly manner. \n* Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities. \n* Create and maintain merchandising display to promote product sales. \n* Assisting Branch Manager with daily tasks as assigned \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Strong computer skills\n* Experience providing excellent customer service\n* Ability to learn new computer programs \n* Ability to handle phone coverage\n* Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities as assigned\n* Must be able to multi-task with high attention to detail, and analytical skills\n* Open and able to learn industry specific terms and processes \n* Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills \n* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook\n* Update and maintain spreadsheets \n* Create, modify and maintain documents \n* Good written and verbal communication \n\nThis will position will be cross training with current office staff as well as helping the Branch Manger with certain duties as assigned.
