Position: Dispatcher\n\nHours: 8am - 5pm - M-F\n\nDress code: casual \n\nOur client is looking for a dispatcher that can take calls and dispatch to drivers for tows, jump starts, lock outs and more. \n\nJob description: \n\n* Interact with customers to determine detailsof each tow (type of vehicle, \n location, time etc) \n* Coordinate, dispatch and track multiple drivers\n* Greet and assist customers with payments, impounds and releases \n* Enter and monitor tow tickets\n* Enter payments\n* Perform a variety of other administrative tasks as required\n\nJob requirements:\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent \n* Computer experience and competency required\n* Dispatch experience preferred but not required\n* Capable of working in a fast paced environment including emergency situations \n* Advanced customer service and communication skills \n* Excellent time management and organizational skills\n* Ability to multi-task and be a self motivated team player\n* Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
